Roundtables are opportunities for specific library staff groups to meet and discuss various topics, issues, questions, and concerns, with individual groups deciding the course of conversation. It is a great time for librarians and staff to share their experiences and learn from others.
NORWELD currently hosts the following roundtables both in-person at various locations and virtually and is always open to new options.
Director's Roundtable – Meets every other month at rotating libraries
Adult Services Roundtable – Meets quarterly at rotating libraries
Youth Services Roundtable – Meets quarterly at rotating libraries
Special Interest Roundtables – Includes supervisors, fiscal officers, marketing and public relations, outreach, and IT
